Trail Side Post is a monthly collectible artist mail subscription from Wild Ridge Studio featuring seasonal artwork, paper goods, and trail-inspired correspondence.
Each month centers around one motif or seasonal subject inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains, Appalachian trails, wildflowers, native plants, wildlife, hiking, and rural Virginia life.
It’s part art print, part field note, part “finally, something good in the mailbox.”
What’s Inside Each Month
Every Trail Side Post mailing includes one collectible fine art print designed to keep, display, or gift.
Each envelope also includes rotating paper goods such as bookmarks, postcards, motif cards, mini prints, stickers, wallpaper QR codes, and seasonal studio notes.
The exact pieces may shift month to month, but every mailing is created around one focused theme from Wild Ridge Studio.
The first Trail Side Post mailing features mountain laurel and monarch artwork inspired by early summer in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
June’s mailing includes:
- a 5×7 Mountain Laurel + Monarch fine art print
- a coordinating monarch bookmark
- seasonal studio correspondence

Trail Side Post is part of my Wild Table Patreon.
When you join the Trail Side Post tier, you also receive access to everything included in Wild Table and Collector’s Table.

Trail Side Post mailings ship around the 10th of each month.
If you join after the monthly cutoff, your first mailing will begin with the following month’s theme.

Trail Side Post is built around the places, plants, and small details I keep collecting from the world around me.
Themes may include mountain laurel, monarch butterflies, mushrooms, moths, owls, wild strawberries, animal tracks, pine branches, ferns, native wildflowers, Appalachian trail details, camping, country life, and the changing seasons of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Each month gives one motif room to breathe.
No crowded collages.
