How and when will my order ship?
Domestic Orders (United States)
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Wild Ridge Studio in Virginia.
Orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days after payment has been received. During new collection launches, holidays, or other busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all items are ready unless separate shipping has been arranged.
Please note that some products, including print-on-demand items, may ship separately from the rest of your order.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Wild Ridge Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Wild Ridge Studio currently ships to select international destinations. If shipping is available for your country, you'll see the option during checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Because of these variables, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs.
Wild Ridge Studio is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, taxes, or packages refused due to unpaid customs charges.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
From time to time, Wild Ridge Studio may offer free shipping promotions. Any minimum purchase requirements or exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.
What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If a package is returned because the shipping address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, you'll have two options:

Pay the shipping cost to have the order sent again to the correct address.

Receive a refund for the merchandise, minus the original shipping charges.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
We'll work with you to replace the item whenever possible or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Returns & Exchanges
Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves the studio.
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.
For non-defective items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused

In its original condition

In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because many Wild Ridge Studio products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
