Order Cancellations & Preorders

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact Wild Ridge Studio as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled or modified only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.

Preorders

Occasionally, Wild Ridge Studio offers limited-edition artwork, seasonal collections, or other products as preorders.

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page whenever possible. Please note that these dates are estimates and may change due to production schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page or separate shipping has been arranged.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Once a preorder has shipped, it falls under our standard Return & Exchange Policy.

Subscription Products

At this time, products purchased through the Wild Ridge Studio shop are not subscription products. Any memberships or recurring support programs, such as Patreon memberships, are managed through their respective platforms and are subject to those platforms' billing and cancellation policies.
